We urgently need a firmware update for viper v2 pro as soon as possible! | Razer Insider

I've been using the Viper V2 Pro for about 20-25 days now, and there's a major issue that's been bothering me. When the Viper V2 Pro's battery runs out, and I unplug the cable, and then connect the Viper V2 Pro, the cursor moves, and the mouse is recognized by the computer, but it doesn't appear in the Synapse software. This issue only occurs when using the Viper V2 Pro without the cable. Additionally, when the dongle and USB (2.4GHz) are connected, it still doesn't appear in the software. It only shows up in the program when I connect the 2.4 GHz USB directly to the computer. I've reported this issue and applied for warranty service. I received a new Viper V2 Pro today, and when I opened the box, the same problem occurred again. The product is brand new, and the plastic wrap is still on it. I only performed a firmware update and installed the Synapse software. An urgent firmware or Synapse update is definitely needed because there's nothing wrong with the brand-new product; it's a software issue.

So, what am I doing to manage this problem? I use Synapse for everything, from checking the battery level to changing profiles. To see these settings, I have to plug in the Viper V2 charging cable and restart the computer. When the computer boots up again, it's recognized by Synapse. Yes, I know it sounds quite ridiculous, and having to restart my computer just for these basic functions, especially on a premium-level product, has truly frustrated me. Tomorrow, I'll be visiting the service center again for a product replacement. Hopefully, Razer will notice this issue just as I have and promptly release a firmware update.
