and please dont give your fix.. i literally tried everything and i saw lots of post about their headset either became sucks or cannot hear anything at all.. mine however it just lost and gone the synapse wont even detect my blackshark v2 pro even after i did all the pairing.. and pls fix this like ryt now im not gonna do discord calls with my speaker on 

i dont know what happened but my blackshark v2 just work so much worse after the update. i cant choose thx spatial audio, synapse modes do not work, audio quality is shit comparing to what i had just yesterday.
