I was playing CoD MW2 on PC using my Viper 8k HZ “wired” mouse at 20k DPI and it just randomly shut off mid match. Computer now no longer detects it… If you hover your finger over the sensor the “DPI Stage” light flashes rapidly, but it does not work operationally. No I did not slam it or tug on the cord at all. Everything was perfectly normal. I have tested different USB ports directly on my PC and used knowlingly good usbs to test those ports prior. My Razor Synapse version is 20230731, which is the most up to date. I find it fairly ironic that my mouse is just a little bit outside of the Razor warranty and then just randomly gives out?….. HELP, would prefer to believe in good razor products and not switch to a different brand.
