What's the deal with the 7.1 Surround Sound Server?

Tried several times to download this software and I get a message "Server Access Unavailable". What's the deal? My earphones (Barracuda X) are registered, my connection is fine, I have Windows 10, 64 bit, and I got an access code, but I can't even download the software. Even worse, no one to talk to on the telephone. Outstanding customer support!

    Hi Soundmister, Did you already try restarting your PC or adding an exemption in your Windows firewall for the Razer7.1 surround sound app to further isolate the issue? If that didn't help, let me know through PM so I can start a case and raise your concern to the software team so they can have a closer look at the issue.
