Tried several times to download this software and I get a message "Server Access Unavailable". What's the deal? My earphones (Barracuda are registered, my connection is fine, I have Windows 10, 64 bit, and I got an access code, but I can't even download the software. Even worse, no one to talk to on the telephone.

Did you already try restarting your PC or adding an exemption in your Windows firewall for the Razer7.1 surround sound app to further isolate the issue?
