When i connect with cable there is no problem but when i connect the dongle with my laptop it breaks my wifi connection i couldnt find any solutions for it

When I connect Deathadder v3 Pro with Wireless Dongle it breaks my WiFi connection
hello, how’s your problem? did you find a solution for it? i just got mine not long ago and i have the same issue and i can’t find the solution either. i’m thinking of return it to the retailer if i can’t find the solution.
Only solution is ethernet connection or 5ghz wifi connection others do not work
