why does my razer blade 15 2020 not turn on?

After putting my razer blade 15 to sleep for a week, trying to turn it on, nothing happened. The led of the pc does not light up when I connect the charger (I tested with several chargers). The pc heats up and the ports work but the fans do not start so the pc does not start

Did you already try following the steps here:https://mysupport.razer.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/1798? If that didn’t help, PM me the serial number of your laptop so I can verify its model and kickstart a support ticket for a repair request. Thanks!
