Why I can't buy THX Spatial from outside the US

I’m trying to buy the THX Spatial app from Mexico, and it doesn’t allow it.

The process ends when it asks me for a billing address in the US, despite I own several Razer registered products and the billing address in my ID (carlos-teran) is from Mexico.

Any help would be great.

No. Still with the same issue and no solution from Razer.
