Windows system sound issues after cleaning system using razer cortex

Hello, I’ve been having problems with most of the Windows system sounds ever since i cleaned my system using Razer cortex about a week ago. About a week ago, I cleaned my system with Razer Cortex and I noticed, that most of my system sounds didn’t work anymore. Some of them still work though. I’ve tried everything I could, like reinstalling sound drivers, but it still hasn’t fixed the issue. This has also affected some other apps like discord, for example, I cannot hear audio during a stream. Does anyone know how to fix this?
