Wireless problems with the Wolvering v2 Pro on PC, and poor customization

I'm really hoping there's more to this controller for PC (Windows 11) otherwise it's getting returned. First, the controller can't work wirelessly at all if my Razer Tartarus Pro is plugged in, but if I put the controller in wired mode and plug it in then it works. If I unplug the tartarus then switch the wolverine to wireless and reconnect then it works. Second, I really hope I'm just missing something, but is the mobile app the only way to customize anything on this controller? All that app lets you do is customize stick sensitivity and what the 4 main buttons next to the analog stick do, but even that is only console bindings for remapping. Nothing on here is relative to PC in any way. The controller doesn't show up in Synapse, so no customizing it that way. Was PC just an afterthought then? For a $250 controller??

Hi headbookJellyBean500! The Razer Wolverine V2 Pro is not Razer Synapse 3.0 dependent since it uses the Razer Controller app, which you can download on your iOS or Android device to remap the multifunction buttons to your preferred layout. On the other hand, did you try connecting the USB Type A wireless dongle to another USB port or computer? Ensure to connect both devices directly to our computer's USB port, not on a hub. Feel free to submit a case to our Support Team or send me a PM, and I'd be glad to assist. I'll be locking this thread now.
