Wolverine ultimate shuts off

Have had the wolverine ultimate xbox controller for a year, I only actually used it for a few months and because I didn't get extended warranty I can't seem to get any help. Everytime my controller rumbles it shuts off. What can I do. I would pay for repairs if they would just let me send it in. I liked the controller but definitely not worth getting another if it only lasts a few months and I can't get it repaired.

    Hi Klandfald, This is highly likely a hardware problem and Razer does not provide repair services for peripherals. Nevertheless, PM me the serial number and a copy of your receipt so I can validate its model and check its warranty status so we can check our options.
