Wolverine V2 CHROMA not working after updating it.

After updated my controller on my Xbox it just wouldn’t work. I have tried restarting my Xbox and unplugging it but it doesn’t work. I have also looked online and can’t find a solution other than returning it but I don’t want to return it. Is there another solution?

Let me help you with your Razer Wolverine V2 Chroma concern. Does the issue occur when the controller is connected to a different USB port? Does the problem persist even when it's connected to a PC?
