recently bought the white v3 pro , already had the black one, been using them wirelessly without an issue,(on synapse 3) then used the white one for a few days using the cable for the faster response time, going back to dongle .. it connects for about 2 seconds then just turns off , after wasting ages trying to figure it out i grabbed my black one, which i could see has 50% battery .. works fine plugged in, again as soon as I put in the black dongle and turn it on, stays on for 2 seconds then turns off .. is this a synapse glitch as never had this problem with synapse 3? was getting ready to return my white one but now seeing both of mine doing it, on 2 different pcs , this is not a ME or one controller problem , about to uninstall synapse 4 and see if it makes any diff . Anyone else having this issue that was able to fix it ? Ok didnt think to test this before but just checked in xbox series X and exactly the same thing, dongle in, controller on, xbox flashes as it detects it for a split second then controller turns itself off again …Please tell me i dont have $600+ worth of controllers here that now will never work wirelessly ? has to be a firmware issue .. can we roll firmware back ?>

I had this problem with my controller I got a few weeks ago and fixed it with some troubleshooting. I realized if I spammed the buttons the controller would stay connected so I tried to check my Windows Energy Saver settings which were completely disabled. I then decided to try to spam the buttons and look through the Synapse 4 settings for any solution. Found the Power settings with the title CONTROLLER_POWER_SAVING_DESCand noticed nothing was selected on that page so I changed it to 60. Completely fixed my problem. Somehow Razer had bricked my controller by setting the Power Saving mode to 0. Hopefully this helps anyone with a similar problem.
