Won a Giveaway for WD_BLACK P40 but emails sent not being received

Hi this is for the Razer support or community helper. I won a giveaway for the WD_BLACK P40 and got the email but every time I reply it seems that community @ razer isn't receiving my return emails. I got another email saying I have until 11/14 until a new winner will be chosen. What can I do to relay my message to Razer? Thank you
