Anyone has experienced getting wrong FedEx tracking number on shipping notification?

Recently I have ordered from online store and got FedEx tracking number after shipping but found the destination showing on FedEx tracking website with provided tracking number is completely wrong address from what I filled at order.

I called FedEx support to confirm the detail and they said it has completely different shipping address and name from me.

Now seeing the order status has been updated to completed but even nothing came to me. Also raised support ticket but nothing got replied for 6 hours. Ridiculous.
