With a lot of people moving from Windows to CachyOS and other Linux distributions, I am yet another person asking the question of Razer:

When will you provide official support for Razer products and Synapse on Linux?

hope that I’m proven wrong, but considerning that Synapse 4 is actually less Linux-friendly than Synapse 3 (where you could set up custom buttons on Windows and then keep them even under Linux, which many people can’t get to work with Synapse 4), I’m going to go with “no current plans whatsoever”.

I certainly won’t count on it any time soon.

I hope they will will do the job with their new web software now.

As this post shows this topic is very old now and people try to work around the Razer Stuff but don’t get along very good for now.
We really need better Linux support.

Hi again,

it seems things have become clearer lately and we all might have to help ourselves out forever:

Maybe one day somebody can work out a bunch of scripts or at tool to make things easier.
