    Depends on your budget? If you're a fast-paced gamer, then I would recommend this monitor. it's $550 https://www.dell.com/en-us/shop/alienware-25-gaming-monitor-aw2518h/apd/210-amsr/monitor-accessories it does look like you need to upgrade your pc. here's what id recommend. it's under $3000. https://pcpartpicker.com/list/6ggvQZ this is almost everything I have in mine. these are all the cheapest I can find. and for that mouse id get the DeathAdder essential or the basilisk.
