I am going to save up for another stick of 8gb ram for my pc and that will be that. But after that what is the next thing I should focus on? I was thinking about maybe saving up for a nice Nvidia RTX card but I would love to hear everyone's input!! My current build has a Nvidia GTX 1650 4gb series, and am wondering if I should look into that getting upgraded to help streaming...

In Windows 10 OS, for a gaming PC, 8 GB is very small due to so many applications running in the background.
My battlestation; 30 - 40% of RAM is taken over by
nvidia, razer, RGB peripherals and Windows maintenance applications and so on.
CPU is calm, but RAM is running at 13 GB, so 16 GB is cutting too close these days for gaming pcs. Best to upgrade to 32 GB RAM, but that is totally up to PC user to decide.
Cyberpunk also recommends 12 GB of RAM.
For streaming and gaming, Any RTX GPU of 2000 series or 3000 series should be swell
Don't look down on radeon series, they sure pack a punch also.
But make sure you have a good PSU. From GTX 1650 to RTX 2000 or 3000 it is a new level.
For live streaming maybe a good web cam is necessary. Check out RAZER Kiyo AV quality is good as it gets.
i5 hexa-core is an "okay" CPU for now
