So I have a question and this may be a really stupid one, but I'm thinking of adding another GPU to my system and I don't really have the extra slot(s) available in my PC right now, so was wondering if getting a Razer Core (chroma or not) will work if I don't currently have SLI or crossfire support in my PC. I do a lot of streaming from the same PC as I game, and was wondering if adding a separate GPU would help in not dropping frames,, occasional lag, etc...

No unfortunately you can’t do sli or crossfire with egpu setting and beside you needs laptops with TB3 or mini pc that doesn’t have dgpu like macmini and intel skull, There’s also egpu setting that use m2 or express card from laptops mobo but I don’t see yet desktop users try that, only a moderator from egpu.io added TB3 controller (Titan rig when I’m not wrong) on his desktop as enthusiast gear, but itvcan’t run SLI and extra works and money isn’t worth it imo.
I don't have SLI and am really looking to just offload some of my video needs onto another video card while I am streaming and gaming from the same PC.

You can’t unfortunately do that with Razer Core since it’s TB3 external enclosure, you need to have TB3 port and controller on your PC which I see only on iMac Mini and intel skull for non laptops PC.
