    Why not? But it depends on what you'll be doing with this ram. Chrome with 100+ tabs opened? Virtual machines?

    Not sure about Finland computer store, but in ebay 32GB DDR3 RAM cost $120 USD Estimate 97.66 euros

    If it is casual gaming/productivity then 16gb is fine. If it is heavy gaming and streaming and virtual desktops than 32 is good, but 32 gb costs some more. If you want the ultimate gaming battlestation, than you should go for 64, but its very expensive.
