Broadcaster not appearing on Razer Synapse

Hi I just received my new razer kiyo pro and it seems to be working on zoom and obs but I can't seem to find the setting for it on razer synapse. I can't adjust it to HDR mode if the settings don't appear in synapse. Is there any fix for this? Thanks in advance

    Same here. Got the device in the mail, installed it and immediately followed a prompt to contact Support (#210519-003084) to update the firmware (v1.03_r2). - That didn't change anything at all. They just came out with a new Synapse version on May 31st (3.6.0515.051215). - Now Synapse doesn't detect the Kiyo Pro, Razer Blade 15 Advanced and BlackWidow Elite keyboard. Support ticket has been opened for 2 weeks as of today. Have I made a mistake going with Razer or is this a one-off?
