Hi. Capture card is Razer Ripsaw HD. Getting constant audio cracking sound.
DPC latency checker showed nothing out of the ordinary. Tried different hdmi cables, different usb ports (3.2 is used right now). Reinstalled audio drivers, Razer Synapse. Disconnecting all usb devices did nothing. Video
