razer kijo not start

hi, my razer kijo there is on my windows 10 device, on synapse etc...but not start, i put my webcam in usb 3.0 and always work fine but now is off....have 3 life weeks.

when you plug the device in, windows sees it but you never get an image or does windows give the error code 41 device cannot start. (maybe its error code 43).
