Just opened my Kiyo and plugged it in, everything went great for install. Cam worked great. then the top hal of my LED's shut off from the ring light, about 8 o clock to 2 o clock are off.... am i missing something like a setting? or is this just another faulty product out of box im probably not going to get fixed?

    nvm, its faulty, contacted customer support who after 30 mins finally told me to get in contact with the seller for a replacement, if that falls through they'll replace it.
