Originally worked fine, but after roughly a year or two of not having a need to use it, I was stuck with a “Camera is currently in use by another application” error whenever attempting to connect to a software, eventually I decided to give up on that and stopped using my Kiyo completely. Just this week, I’ve decided to come back to attempt and reconnect my webcam, this time I was face with a “Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43)
A request for the USB device descriptor failed.” Error in the device manager. I’m wondering where the problem even stems from. Would this be a complete hardware meltdown? Or would there even be a solution for me aside from buying a new webcam.
