I’m currently attempting to update my Kiyo firmware because I need to disable auto low light adjustment. Every time I try, it keeps saying to contact razer support, however it also says I’m not covered by warranty when I put my serial number in. Anyone know a work around or possible solution?

If anyone sees this, I found the solution. Look up v2.03_r1 kiyo firmware, I found mine at this site. Once you get that, you should be able to up date to the version you’re looking for
I am using Razer Kiyo Pro and have the same issue.
Try running setup as admin
I think you can try use USB Port. Connect the Kiyo to a different USB port on your computer. Sometimes, issues can arise due to specific ports.
Besides, USB Hub is also a potential method. If using a USB hub, try connecting directly to your computer's USB port.
