I am having trouble selecting

the max it goes to is
width, height = 1920, 1080
and in windows camera the drop down only shows 1080p max.
How do I get this to work at 4k?
I am about to test this with linux / nvidia orin next to see what happens but I need this to work on windows too.

I doubt, it doesn't have any IR or Intel RealSense tech.
I'm new here. Forum search is not working on my recent Android tablet. This was the only topic that came up using text search for "ultra". I'm willing to purchase this product to share with my wife. One system is Windows, one is macOS, and I sometimes use Linux. There seems to be no way to ask Razer a pre-sales question. I thought I was there, but then it demanded a product serial number. Not my idea of world-class support. So here I am, trying to make the best of what seems possible. If it only works on Windows initially, we can make do. But what about macOS in the long run? Haven't other Kiyo products supported this? TIA for any clarity people can shed on future OS compatibility.
