Razer kiyo PRO - Wierd delayed connection

Question

Hi!I have this Wierd thing woth my Kiyo pro. On a cold start from shut off, the camera isnt connected to my computer(USB 3.0 port on motherboard) right away. I´t doesnet show up in device manager.  If I disconnect and reconnect the cable it pops upp right away. I have found though that after a while(say one game of overwatch 2) it do pop upp by itself without disconnecting/reconnecting cable. Its allways there on restarts(not cold starts).I´ve changed the energyoption under USB root hubs to not allow turn offs. I´ve also deactivadet de setting for USB under power management. And honestly this dosent make a differance no mather what I do. Any takers on the problem?This doesnt happen with any other usb device I have. The kiyo has the lasteft firmare, also motherboard. Some new info.No it doesnt allways connect on reboot. I need to disconnect the camera almost after every boot and reboot for it to pop up in device manager. This in connected directly to usb 3.0 on motherboard.I´ve tried in in my monitors HUB(PG35VQ) and its the same there. It works but need to reconnect camera after every start. The USB ports work on it thoug meanwhile since it charges stuff through the other monitor port at the same time.
