one connect it to PC, i could hear sound of usb plug / unplug >> windows feel with usb of mic
i see installation ( USB input device ) >> comes for first time
this installation shows under: Human Interface Devices)
also i could see ( Bravo HD FW Update) under settings >> Bluetooth & other devices >> other devices
microphone Led does not works at all
i noticed this issue is general, and need razer fix issue by release firmware to fix it
i noticed other people already talk before

I have the same problem too, i was playing on my computer and then the microphone turn off himself. Since i can't recognize the microphone on windows (Bravo HD FW Update).
Razer we need a general fix, this problem exist since more than one years.

it looks like common issue !
Razer should release FW to resolve problem in case it is SW issue .
or refer for the defective component which need to replace !
i need all people has same issue report here or create new post

My microphone has not been under warranty for a few months...
I hope Razer will release a fix soon,
My mouse was replaced a few months ago as well. I give Razer one last chance, all my peripherals don't work after two years.
I pay a high price for good material that doesn't even hold in the long run, I'm disappointed with Razer,

lets add map of problem solve:
1- in case issue is software related, then Razer should release new firmware update tool to fix (Bravo HD FW Update)
2- in case issue is hardware related, then Razer should notify with manual fix chart and tell us which component is defective and need to replace.
frankly, Razer should care with them clients or they will lose market, i found this issue is common for (razer Seiren Elite) model, Razer should be a ware with that problems!
because warranty only for replace
what for clients who passed warranty time, should throwing device to trash or buy new one?

if some body dump bin of his spi flash (as i guess) then i will use eeprom programmer to write it to my flash.
here dump should be from working razer to be sure that software are 100% ok.
and we supposed its sw issue not hw , best we start with easy track

this is not individual issue , its common issue !
this might happens in a specific production line.
but at less Razer should help clients for hardware solution fix .
for example which component is defective and need to replace .
