Razer seiren not showing up in synapse

So i just recenently bought a razer seiren and it wont show up in synapse. i have tried plugging in and out reinstalling drivers but nothing seems to work

    Uninstall synapse, uninstall Seiren from device manager in OS (select option to remove drivers!) and use CCleaner to cleanup your PC (especially registry), then reboot OS and install Synapse again.
