Ripsaw help needed to setup

Hi folks,

I bought the ripsaw HD on the basis that it does 4k pass through.

My scenario.

1x gaming machine with 2 screens

1x steaming machine with 1 screen

Ripsaw connects via USB to streaming machine

Hdmi out of gaming machine goes through ripsaw to 1440p monitor.

When I turn on ripsaw gaming resolution drops to 1080p. Why if this had pass through.



I tried it with the gaming screen on dv port and ripsaw on Hdmi but can not get it to show on obs on streaming machine.



What am I doing wrong.
