I am trying to set up Kiyo Pro and, preferably, Synapse for use during Zoom sessions.

Kiyo Pro works fine in Zoom but Zoom doesn't 'recognize' it as a camera. It only is usable as a generic "USB Video Device"

I am not able to add Synapse as a camera in Zoom. Previously I have added and used Snap Camera, XSplit VCam, and Logi Capture (although not with Kiyo Pro)

Any ideas why Zoom doesn't recognize Kiyo Pro or Synapse?
