I'm getting more and more frustrated with this controller. Bought it last year in september. We all know that the first generation of the raiju ultimate had problems such as input lag and stick drift. As of now i'm on my third replacement. The new batch of raiju ultimate controllers had new firmware installed (1.04). My second unit was of the new batch. No more stick drift or input lag. However it had major Bluetooth issues. Now my third replacement with firmware 1.04 seemed flawless. Yes it seemed. Though i dont have any issues such as stick drift, input lag, or even Bluetooth problems. My L2 button is sometimes stuck. Wether it's in hair trigger mode or not. When i blow inside the controller it goes away. Today i bought a compressed air can spray. It worked.......for 10 minutes. Right now i'm at a point that i'm starting to think that this controller is cursed by all the gods that excist. I contacted razer support, they want video proof. Again. I really love the design of the controller, the way it looks and feels. But man, if it would work without these problems. This controller is 3 weeks old. I always take really good care of products like these. Being a working dad, my gaming time is precious. So please Razer, step up your game.

i dont think it will be fixed within a certain amount of time, maybe never. Even the v1.04 when it isnt drifting it doesnt feel quite right, sudden turns, not exactly going 100% where its supposed to be, needs readjusting all the time when ur aiming in very small movements, im not satisfied with this controller, the older version was either good or it was drifting, the v1.04 i got was drifting a lot, not that often tho but it had these sluggish movements, in my eyes it seemed worst, im in the process of getting another one via the RMA but if it turns out bad too im gonna go the astro c40.

i dont know dude, i dont believe in this product anymore, after the v1.04 was as bad as the v1.01 there's not anymore hope. For me its lucky number 1 with the astro c40, i gave Razer till March, now its too late for me. I will try and get a refund and buy the astro tbh.

They would not refund me. Instead they offered me coupon for their store. Took my chance with the rma process.

Here there are 2 ways to do it. The store i bought it from can either buy it back from you or exchange it with something else and if what u want is more expensive then you pay the difference. I called the store and they told me its better for me to put an add to a site and sell it instead of doing that via them cuz im gonna lose way more money.
The other option is to return it to the store via warranty, basically the RMA process but through the local reseller, not Razer themselves, they will refund the store and if u select to ask for a new one u just get a new one instead. In about a week the RMA should come, im gonna test it, at this moment in time im 100% POSITIVE it will have problems, so i will send it to the reseller and they will refund the store for 230 euro which i bought it for and instead of asking for the Raiju ultimate again, i will ask for the Astro C40 and thats it. If by any chance the controller is working perfectly, which im 100% sure it wont, best case scenario it does for a short amount of time, then ill keep it till it presents a problem, the moment it does its done. If by some miracle it continues to be perfect even after that then i will keep it. Chances of that happening imo? ZERO

Yes i saw that one. With the last raiju ultimate i did not have anymore stick drift or input lag. Not even the Bluetooth problems. It was just the L2 button this time. A mechanical problem. Go figure lol.

I honesty dont think it matters, if what he's saying is the case, and i see no reason to not believe him, then given a bit more time something would not be working. The L2 button was just something that happened before the actual grind that leads to the usual problems.
And i dont think v1.04 actually works better than v1.01 and i read various others having the same responses from their controllers, when suddenly moving the stick after a certain point it exponentially accelerates, the deadzones have some kind of problem and micro adjustments are much harder and this controller somehow doesnt feel right, its not just the stick drift at times than the v1.04 had, it was that it felt like it didnt respond 100% as it should every few seconds. The one i got was completely trash honestly. And when making the video u cant showcase the general feeling of unresponsiveness but only the major cases of stick drift.
Now after what that dude is saying i think its pretty much settled there are several problems with the controller and some if not most are unfixable.

You're absolutely right, it does not feel good in any way and it's been over six months and you still have these problems, was it so difficult to do it the same as the first version of the original razij raiju? The truth is that it is very strange. The ps5 is going to come out and we have not been able to play well with this controller, I think playstation is guilty with all this, you can not get products in bad condition, there is no ps4 controller that works well except the first raiju, the others are garbage, the next time I change to the xbox, with this console the controllers are perfect.
Sony is to blame for this, they give official licenses without testing the products, the only command that goes well is the dualshock 4

they could have certainly made an elite controller like the Xbox elite controller thats possibly a lot better than the raiju ultimate and cheaper.
