Hi. How exactly can I claim the code? I could not find my Razer Profile Number. It is not in my profile anywhere. Please :)

Can’t find a number of any sort in my profiles, either.  Please help Thanks!

For those struggling to find the profile number, do this:
1. Click on your profile picture on top right corner
2. Choose “My Profile”
3. Once your profile page have been loaded, go to the address bar of your browser, you can see your profile URL something like this: https://insider.razer.com/members/Username-123456 
4. Your profile number is the 6 digit after your username and the “-” symbol

2. Choose “My Profile”, this will open your profile page
3. Now when you’re at the profile page, go to the address bar at the top and you can see your URL being something like: insider<dot>razer<dot>com/members/Username-12345

The number after your username and “-” is the profile number

Hi there, when I click on the link to redeem, it says that it has ended???  Yet the expiration date is next year?  Am I missing something here?  Thanks

While on my profile page the url shows nothing about “memebers”. My RazerID is shown as being the same as my Username. No where on the entire Razer website is there any mention of a profile number. I don’t even know why others were needing it since I was not prompted to enter a “profile number” at any time. Apparently the giveaway has already ended, (they don’t even bother showing how many codes have been given out, so I’ll assume they ran out). I don’t think I’ll bother keeping this account active any longer. Razer is too sloppy for me.

It would appear that this give away had a finite number of keys, even though it doesn’t expire until the end of 2024.

Does anyone know how many keys were given away?  I mean most times we are looking at hundreds if not a few thousand...how did they all go in less than 5 days????  This maybe was a scam then...

It says "Please input a valid code." does not for for me

I got mine. Dunno how many they had, but once Aragon mentions it on YouTube they go fast. Also this was a rare mount and high item level Artifact that was recently sold in a pack in the Zen store… so I’m sure they had far fewer codes than the ones giving away cloaks 

What do I have to paste again in to code-redemption?

When did you redeem yours?  I tried 3 days ago and no luck?  

I don’t know exactly how long ago I got the code. But whenever a new module is released I google “Neverwinter giveaway” for the next few weeks.  So I usually get in the first few days. 
 

Google “neverwinter code redemption” to see two ways to cash in a Neverwinter code. If you’re asking how do you find the code used on this page to get the actual code, it’s explained by a few people near the top of the comments. (You have to look at the URL of your profile page on this site)
