Can I control Chroma with USB hub?

I need to get a USB hub for my PC. But I'm wondering if I can control my chroma lights with a USB 3.0 hub.

Please let me know, and if no, can you control it with the base station chroma?
You can use your Chroma light but it will be slower so I recommend you not to plug your Chroma lights on your USB hub

Errr not sure what experience @RazerLAB has had...

But I've never had any Razer device directly connected to my computer. Always to a USB hub. Chroma still works perfectly. Yes, Base Station too!
