Is Razer Mouse Dock going to be future proof?

Hello, I've been saving up Razer Silver for a while and now I have enough to buy Viper Ultimate (mouse only).Should I save more for "with dock" version? Although it's only 20,000 silver, it'll take me quite a time to save that up. Is the dock going to be compatible with future razer mice? I really wanna try viper ultimate and I'm not sure if the dock is gonna worth the time saving up for. Thank you for reading my post.

We'll see, but more, and more mices are using it too, not only RVU, but DeathAdder V2 Pro and Basilisk Ultimate.

The dock is just an extra accessory of RAZER to create more RGB lighting for your battlestation.
Whether RAZER will design a new mouse that is compatible with the mouse dock is a question. But I wish they do.

I was asking the same question like yourself, but one good thing about wireless mouse is that there is no strings attached.
Downside is the recharging and possible other wireless interference.

With RAZER Silver, you came this far. Enduring a little more to collect 20000 compared to 130000, I think its an easy battle.

Razer dock is not a extra but charging device and you miss few things you can charge mouse when pc is on and when you have pc off and cable is connect to usb power port that have power you can charge it without using your pc when you go or watch tv. For now i dont think dock will disapear becose razer push it to every single new mouse from viper to new ones that come up. RGB on dock is main use for charging battery status indicator.
