Made a case about my razer phone 2 a week ago. How long till support replies?
Having trouble with my C port as I am unable to charge my phone unless it is put at a certain angle as well as connect to other C port wires. Already contacted Razer support a week ago via email and here but no answer. What should I do and how long does it take for support to reply?

Having the same issue with my ticket. And now season days start. So I don't think we get an answer in this year.
