Razer Nari ultimate disconnect

i just bought this razer nari within 1 week but everytime i'm used it will keep disconnect and reconnect back...
i'm not sure what is the problem....every 5 mins will 1 time disconnect and reconnect....
this headseat price is not cheap but problem a lot

To which port have you connected the dongle to?
- is it directly on a computer port
- on a port of an external usb hub
directly to computer port not external usb

Remove all RAZER Cortex software
Reinstall it, and connect the mouse to a different USB port
