Razer Ultimate Niri Disconnecting

Hi, My new Razer Ultimate Niri headset keeps disconnecting from synapse. I’ve read forums and tried multiple things; reinstalling synapse, disconnecting and reconnecting to different USB’s. The disconnecting continues to occur. Please let me know next steps. Thanks.

try this https://support.razer.com/articles/1589709801 with this you can re-pair the dongle to headset.
