Does this mean its legit?

I just purchased a Razer Hammerhead Pro V2 in a shop in Shopee this is the link (https://shopee.ph/Razer-Hammerhead-Pro-V2-In-Ear-Music-Game-Headset-headphone-i.83439138.1822319634) But when I tried to check the authenticity of it in this site it always say serial number unknown but when I tried it in Contact Support tab it says " Your product is covered by Razer's Limited Warranty" (refer to picture) Im really confused if its authentic or fake. Please help.

If you failed to register the hardware your purchase on Razer ID, the hardware might possibly not authentic.
Even if support says that "Your product is covered by Razer's Limited Warranty", you're required to provide valid Proof of Purchase in order to proceed with warranty.

A valid Proof of Purchase is defined as one of the following:

  • A dated sales receipt from an authorized Razer Dealer or Reseller. The receipt must show the Product description and price.
  • A dated official e-mail from an authorized on line Razer Dealer or Reseller confirming purchase and shipment of Product. The confirmation e-mail must show the Product description and price.
  • An order number from the Razer.com web site
