    Hey guys my name is Liam, I've been using Razer gear for about 3 years now, I have a Backwidow keyboard with Razer Green Switches, and a Black Mamba TE mouse. I just like gaming and Razer so I thought I'd join Razer Insider

    Hi Gamers,

    I am William from Singapore. I am currently worked in Singapore. I have a Razer Blade 14 had intermittent battery charging and overheat issue and another Razer Blade Stealth 13 with fan issue (previously spent 1 month to fix screen issue then more issue appear, and their support even lost my original razer box, razer bag and few screws for back panel).

    Another point to mention is their support response time. I myself as a service staff did not tolerance any email reply that delay more than 24 hours in my mailbox, even i am not able to settle the address on the spot, i will still try to manage customer expectations or provide alternative solution. Razer support ticket indicated might take more than 72 hours, now is already 1 week and i haven't receive any reply.

    Hopefully someone from support team could look into it. I don't mind carry 2 laptops to your Chai Chee lane office but please reply me with RMA asap.:frown_:

    Hello all - I am brand new here and am lost as to posting a support question. I have a Core X with an MSI Radeon 5700 connected to a 2018 MacMini via Display port. Under System Information the GPU is seen and defined and the comment it is powered by the "external GPU" the onchip video is also seen. My questions involve making the Radeon card the default GPU instead of having to make that election every time I turn around. Also I get an error message from time to time that says - in effect -" the GPU was disconnected incorrectly. " I am at a total loss on these points and would hope for some forum help

    Hello Insiders!

    My name is Ivan Pukov, I come from Bulgaria, although my mother is Russian. I speak English and German and recently worked as technical support in the German team of Raser. I have used a lot of peripherals and I would say that Razer has quite interesting additions and lame products here and there, but was without them :)

    In social networks, you can find under the nickname tasko1 ( tasko was the nickname of the first intelligent machine that I would defeat in sea chess :D )

    I like to read books - mostly science fiction and crime.

    I love computer games - last Christmas I bought a PS4 PRO and I'm starting to get in there and I'll be happy if you share your accounts because I only have one friend there :slightly_sad: )

    For the last few years, I have been hooked on the games of UBI SOFT - my favorites are Prince of Persia, Assassin's Creed (My favorite characters are Altair and Ezio Auditore) and Far Cry (2)

    But in general, I am a fan of everything - my first computer came with Quek 2 and since then I am also a fan of it ...

    I love to test everything I can get my hands on ...

    I also love high speeds ( I driving BMW x3) - especially at night :D - that remember me time - I was young and have many hours on NFS Underground series :D

    This is for now briefly for me :)

  15. Hi, my name is Kevin. I start my first razer product with razer naga which I still use it till today(occasionally).

    My main intension of this posting in the community is I want to know if it's possible to have a Ringfinger rest 3D design that I can get for Razer Basilisk ultimate which is perfect for me at every aspect but the ring finger rest.

    I have been using a razer kraken for a year now, and I recently got into all the razer stuff when my brother gave me his black widow chroma and I also got into chroma profiles. My chroma profile posts on r/chroma profiles are some of the top profiles now!

I love my huntsman keyboard and atheris mouse, unfortunately my kraken headphones aren't working . I've tried everything! Any advice is greatly appreciated, but I think I'll be exchanging them.

    Hi, I am someone who's really pissed at how this Razer company is getting away with crappy merch and after sales support...
    been struggling since I decided to report my Razer Blade 15's battery started bloating and yes, they decided to take action by asking information and giving some details on how I can send my unit for repair, in span of weeks.
    July 8 - Reported battery issues
    July 13 - Responded and asked details regarding the issue and the product
    July 16 - Replied "pending for approval"
    July 20 - Gave details to ship the laptop
    AUGUST 19 - FedEx called to ask for the service change from "Economy" to "International Priority"
    AUGUST --------- NADA
    until now, no update on my case...
    this is just a simple example of how they handle after sales support...unless you're tight with their CEO, you're of no priority...
