Razer Silver - Razer Products Removed?
So i went to the razer silver rewards page and saw that all the razer products such as keyboard, mouse,headsets are not their im on the uk site they used to be there last time i checked, anyone know if they were removed for a short time and will be back soon or is it gone forever?

Its just maintenance going on. They have a pop up on the website saying they are working on something on their end so the products might only be gone for a short while till maintenance ends.

I think it's something related to last database leak.
But hope, that they'll add some products and cleanup some (because there were 2 Vipers Ultimate available, both with different zSilver price :))

Its just maintenance going on. They have a pop up on the website saying they are working on something on their end so the products might only be gone for a short while till maintenance ends.

The maintenance is still there, you may have gotten the notice but if you dismiss it once it wont show ever again until you login after clearing your browser cache and cookies. I found out about it the same way too. Didnt really pay attention to the pop up until I noticed the issue.

One was with the dock which was for 150,000 Silver I believe and the other one was without the dock (Mouse Only) for 130,000 Silver. Same with the Basilisk Ultimate too, one was for 170,000 Silver with the dock and without the dock was for 150,000 Silver.

Anyway, it's better to change the thumbnail (and main title) to have also dock included, and one without dock
I'm so annoyed by this, i currently have 59655, was saving 60000 for the headset stand, now its gone, the points are useless, i cant even redeem 160hkd voucher none in stock, what's going razer?, 4000 of my points will expire but this month end sept. which means I cant afford 60000 next month. maintenance for 2 weeks already?? surely should of been sort by now. are my point useless now? after saving for a whole year.

I really hope that it will not increase the redeem value after maintenance, just before the removal, the HK$160 cash cupon cost 10,000 silver and turns to 20,000 silver in order to redeem.
I almost saved enough for Viper Ultimate with dock (150,000 silver) and hopefully, they won't pop up the value after...
Anyway, it would be nice if they included some new stock such as BlackWidow V3 and such. It will give me another target for redemption.

Yeah I wish I knew what was going on behind the scenes too. I am hoping it is a server configuration thing rather than a item value adjustment. I had the Hammerhead True Wireless in my mind at 100k too but everytime I hit 100k they go out of stock on the Silver store for my current country.

Notice that those items are Free rewards. Its not something you are gonna buy so there is no need to complain about something they are gifting to the users. Just be patient. Or redeem something else instead.

That amount of Silver takes a long time to earn. You could spend more time working and earn actual money with the time spent on earning 60,000 Silver...

Like many other users said already Silver is earned for playing games which you already do regardless of any reward. You dont earn it the same way you earn a living, its a gift and you werent getting the Silver before when this program was not in place. You shouldnt think of it as traditional currency, games often reward players for playing them by in game items and you should think of Silver the same way, if tomorrow they ended the whole program you dont have the right to complain because it was a gift that was given to reward you for playing games and it can be taken away just the same way.
Sure you can spend that time working in the traditional ways and earn money through that but keep in mind you are being rewarded for playing games which should be more of a hobby you do daily. If you are AFKing and spending time to gain Silver then that defeats the reason for this program.
