Buenas noches compre 1 pin de 150000 cop y a la hora de ingresarlo me salio error al recargar, al momento que revise el estado del pin, me salió que se había canjeado, pero en ningún momento en mi cuenta se débito, cuando estaba en proceso me salió error y se cayó la página
