Voucher Code Not Working

    I have been working with Razer Support and its already frustrating.

    We have been exchanging e-mails but it seems I am being passed on one support to another. Worst is one support department to another and back to square one.

    Loosing hope amd I feel my hard wotk to earn the 100K silver points is put on to waste.

    Is there anyone here who works for Razer Support or ZVault Team?

    Redeemed a 100K silver points to avail the Hammerhead True Wireless.

    I got confirmation regarding the transaction then tried it to the razerstore. When I tried it in the "promo code" there is no error, even an invalid code error message there is nothing.

    No I tried to open a ticket in the Support but they are telling me that the error is with the razerstore. When I opened it a ticket to them, they mentioned that it's not there issue.

    Now I create again a ticket and waiting for the support's response.

    Right now, I can see that the item is available. That's why I redeemed it.

    Frustrating to say is that the support lacks effort. I worked before in customer service environment. They can't even coordinate it to the correct team to resolve it.

    Bro....how i have the same Problem.
    Bought two Items with different Problem... First is the Razer Hydrator black, with the shown error massage and i Spike with ALL the different Supports and they still play Pingpong with me...

    Second is the Razer Lifestyle chroma Tee which isnt available in Germany but can be redemed in the German silverstore.

    Im afraid to see the Voucher code expire

    Just a quick question: after redeeming your silver points, did you immediately try to use it in the razeronlinestore?

    My hunch is, it takes some number of days to sync with the voucher and the webstore.

    But then again this is just my hunch.

    I would suggest for you to keep on bugging them and try opening a thread here under support.
