what the hell is Cortex mobile today?!

Like usual, I log in my Mobile Cortex for the daily task (3mins for each game) but one of the games AFK Arena keeps showing the error message via cortex that "Unknown error occurs" that unable to reward me Razer silver.

I tried to reinstall, restart the phone, clear Cortex data, and re-login my account. But still keeps pop up the error message.

Moreover, Both new games that introduce in the Cortex list today, COD M, and Black Desert, are UNAVAILABLE to download in my region!!!!!!! In which my region could install both games but under Garena version.

That's SUCKs !!!

Could anyone advise me on any alternative options to download both games without region restriction?

my cortex went from day 103 yesterday to day 89 today. there is a lot of bug happening
I'm getting the "Unknown Error" as well when I use Mobile Cortex. Any advice would be great, thanks.

They're probably issues with the Cortex itself, i managed to get my points like 4 hours ago so best we can do is wait for it or the devs to fix it. Or as @0V3R_K1LL says, to get the apk of the games from android sites.

Thanks for all your advice! I finally got a way to download for the silver! Can't imagine how much I lose in the past year lol....

Did you manage to get a solution for the Unknown tracking error? Does support know of the issue?

I didnt encounter it, is it still happening?

Yeah. Been trying to claim each game so many times but I always get Unknown tracking error after I end the game even though the time is being tracked correctly.

Nope, I just found the way to download the restricted games for earning Silvers.

At around half-year ago, whereas I had the issues with Cortex mobile system collapses. I tried to contact the relative staff via email inquiry but what they replied is that these issues are not part of their duties, and asked me to put the inquiry to another team ( zGold Team) then I did so. However, after around a week, they replied I received from the zGold team is these issues are not part of their duties as well! How funny are both parties' replies are the same with avoiding the unknown problems and pushing to each other teams so that the problem is not on their head.
I kindly asked one of the teams that help me to transfer my inquiry to the relative team because I have no idea which is which. At least my role is a customer that is not supposed to know the company structure. But they refuse to do so. Therefore, in that experience, I am not planning to do the same at this time. Better ask in the forum in an indirect way then officially rejected by them with waiting so many days.
