Hello!

So I recently stumbled upon a problem with my keyboard. Since I downloaded Razer Synapse, my escape key started acting strange. Before I had Synapse installed, the keyboard worked as it should, but now the escape key wont work unless i start Synapse (or press fn key).

 

The only thing I’ve done in Synapse since the download is to play around with the color settings, nothing else. And I have tried the escape+caps key fix, but it still wont solve the problem.

 

Has anyone had this problem and do someone have a solution?

Change what in the app setting? I’ve been looking everywhere in the app without any result. I’d appreciate your help!

Hello Cinnabar, hope u see this if u have not yet fixed ur problem. I had the same problem as you but the only thing i did to make this go away was going into “Razer Synapse”, Choose my keyboard and when u are in the customize section u should see a button that says “standard”. From there just click standard once and it will switch to “hypershift” which removed my problem.
