Can anyone who has used a Basilisk X Hyperspeed confirm whether it has the same 'soft touch'/rubberized coating as the high-end Razer mice? Product photos make it look like it has a rougher plastic texture.
My old Mamba (2012 model) had a rubberized coating which was great at the time, but after several years the rubber became sticky to touch and started to peel off. Same thing happened to my Orochi - it still works but its kinda gross to hold in your hand.

No rubber coating since DeathAdder Chroma - it's "pure" plastic with some small rough texture. Grip is the same or even better.
As you mentioned - it was peeling off after some time - with Basilisk X Hyperspeed you'll don't have this problem.
