For the larger sizes, yeah, it's deserving of the name. However, the medium version is far from it 😆

But what is the difference between Razer Goliathus and V2 besides the size option?

I assume you mean Gigantus and Gigantus V2. From the product page: "The new surface texture offers lower friction for quick mouse action yet has high stopping power for control, and it now comes in a variety of sizes to match your setup."
