I know alot of us have heard alot of bad news regarding Razer Phone 1 & 2, however there a actually a huge portion of us that are quite lucky where our device are working as good as it did even up till now.



Kinda wanna make a thread to talk about other fellow Razer Phone 1 & 2 owners that are still using their device as their daily driver.



I'll kick start this by telling my story



Well I got my phone around August 2019, Razer Phone 2, took it under my telco; Maxis, in Malaysia. Received free gift of Hammerhead Pro Duo ANC, Razer Tempered Glass and even the Razer Word Case. A huge steal considering I got it for RM2500 (USD 550).



Device is working great, still my daily driver, Still shoot fantastic shots (via GCam), I have never formatted it nor have I flashed the rom before. Only issue I am facing, is only recently, where sometimes the Type-C port has issue when I connect my audio DAC that's it, no issue when charging.



I swear I still love this phone till now.



Fingers crossed, even if I get another device, I'll still use it as long as it lives.

It's great to hear that there are still Razer Phone 1 & 2 owners out there who are enjoying their devices as their daily driver. It's always good to share positive experiences with a product, especially when there has been negative feedback circulating about it.

Thank you for sharing your story! It's impressive that your Razer Phone 2 is still going strong since August 2019 and that you received so many free gifts with your purchase. It's also good to know that the device takes fantastic photos with the help of GCam.

Regarding the issue you are facing with the Type-C port, have you tried cleaning it with a soft brush or compressed air? It could potentially solve the issue you are experiencing.

It sounds like you got a great deal on your Razer Phone 2, and it's impressive that it's still running smoothly for you after all this time. Hi everyone. over the years I got alot of razer product made a collection of it. By far the 2 product I used more than any orther is both razerphone I bough as they got out. both my razerphone 1 and 2 worked perfectly fine. I used my razerphone 1 mostly to game and watch stuff on wifii and used my razerphone 2 as my phone since I bough it.. I have over 100 razer product that I bough over the years including 2 razer blade. and all diferent mamba model that I could find. straw keyrings both mask .. well in total this "collection" his priceless for me . but just the 2 laptop together cost me close to 10k canadian $ .. razer products are expensive.. very recently my razerphon1 start malfunctioning .. it seems to be something like ghost touch screen or something.  there s a part of my screen in the middle that I cant touch anymore or the phone goes wild.. and I dont find any useful information on what could help me fix the problem or at least make it less painful. Razer is a compagny I like alot but clearly .. a huge lack of their product suport. if your product is not on waranty anymore.. ( wich are very short!) its like your on your own.. no way to get it repaired. I had one time a mice that was stolen in transport. (The box clearly appeared as opened and reclose) so I opened it at the post office. and the employee told me the sender had to contact mail service in order to open my case to find what happened.. Well I tryed! again and again .. talking to numbrous of diferent people at razer and They never helped me... I still have that empty box that was delivered to me and could NOT do anything for it... razer support is complicated AF . from my experience. None of my case was fixed .. they send you 12 email saying that s not the kind of experience they want me to have.. yet EVERYTIME! it ends the same way whatever the issue : I talked with our inner team and sadly we can help you . all I asked is you guyz contacting mail service with my number.. I paid 120 for an empty box! and you did nothing... Most of the time their product last YEARS hopefully . but personally whatever the problem you get with a razer product your on your own... this is my story. and please if some kind people could lget me a link where it help with my gost touch screen id apreciate it. also is there some way to upgrade razerphone like cam app or ios.. whatever id check that since I cant use it for gaming anymore. thks :)
