7.1 Surround Sound not showing as audio device

My PC starts up with a DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE error with a blue screen, restarts itself, then 7.1 surround sound isnt available. Not sure if the blue screen error is related but it could be. Any ideas?

The problem may be simple, maybe you have not studied the manual well. I had such a situation I didn't read the instructions and incorrectly connected the headphones and the two headphones didn't work the same, but after I studied the instructions everything works well. So try and you learn the manual, and if not you Can find here ManyManuals any manual for any technique.
