Hello there, everyone!

 

So, uh, now that the Huntsman V3 line is out, with those fancy new Gen-2 Analog Optical switches, I’m wondering if Razer plans to release a new version of/upgrade to the Tartarus Pro with the aforementioned switches.

 

I’d really love it if they did, but hey, can’t win ‘em all…

 

Another question: are there schematics available for Razer’s keycaps? Asking because I plan to use some of those measurements to make a modified version of those keycaps.

 

Last, but not least: what models from the regular line of keyboards and mice are the Pro Type and Pro Click based on? I’m quite curious.

There is no official announcement from Razer about a new version or upgrade of the Tartarus Pro with the Gen-2 Analog Optical switches.

I don't know any the schematics of Razer’s keycaps.

The Pro Type and Pro Click are part of Razer’s Pro line, which is designed for productivity and ergonomics. They are based on the Razer BlackWidow and the Razer DeathAdder, respectively, but with some modifications and improvements. The Pro Type has Razer Orange Mechanical Switches, which are quieter and more tactile than the Razer Green Mechanical Switches on the BlackWidow. The Pro Click has a collaboration with Humanscale, a leader in ergonomic design, to create a mouse that reduces wrist strain and improves comfort.

Hi Razer Team,


I used the Razer Tartarus on my Mac until your software stopped supporting macOS.

I have a disability in my right arm and have to control everything with my left hand. The Tartarus was a great solution for me, but without Synapse support on Mac, that option disappeared. I really hope you will start supporting Mac again (Windows is unfortunately not an option for me).
What I would truly appreciate is the ability to control the mouse with the thumb on the Tartarus. This would make a huge difference for me – and I'm sure many others would love this functionality as well!
I sincerely hope you will consider bringing Synapse back to macOS with the mouse function.
